By accessing or using Civilian Playbook (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Civilian Playbook provides a self-assessment tool (the Civilian Readiness Quiz), personalized resource recommendations, and an optional email-based follow-up program designed to support military service members in their transition to civilian life.

3. Not Professional Advice

The information provided by Civilian Playbook is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or career advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation. Assessment results are based on self-reported information and are intended as a planning tool, not a diagnosis.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in assessments
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Platform content
• Not use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Civilian Playbook — including text, graphics, assessment tools, scoring algorithms, and email content — is the property of Civilian Playbook and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Email Program

If you opt in to the 104-week email program, you consent to receiving weekly emails at the address you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We reserve the right to modify the email schedule and content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Civilian Playbook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on assessment results or resource recommendations.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Civilian Playbook is incorporated.
